• use the Services to collect personally identifying information about users of the Services in violation of our Privacy Policy.

8. Licensed Material:

These websites contains material which is owned by or licensed to MN. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, programming and graphics. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use MN content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any MN content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. 9. User Accounts

• Access to the bulk of the MN content is via paid subscription (handled by Chartwell Yorke) and user accounts.
• Except where content is specifically free to view, users are only permitted to access the MN content via authorised user names and passwords supplied by MN.
• It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that their user name and password is kept restricted to only those authorised to make use of it.
• Any account found to have its user name and current password revealed in any unauthorised public form will have that password changed immediately without prior notice. An email containing the URL of the revealed details will be sent to the account holder's email address along with the new password. The account holder will be expected to prevent further breaches of such nature, consistent failure to do so may result in the termination of the account without refund.

10. Miscellaneous:

The formation, construction and interpretation of this User Agreement shall be controlled by the laws of the United Kingdom. The U.N. Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from any interpretation of this User Agreement. Any dispute relating to this User Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom, and the parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

The headings used in this User Agreement are for convenience and reference purposes only, and shall not be used in construing or interpreting the scope or intent of this User Agreement or any provision hereof.
